Season 2 will most likely not be released until 2026. After all, filming for the new episodes has not yet begun, and it is a rather demanding series. A good example of this is the 18 months that passed between the start of filming for its predecessor (August 2022) and its release (February 2024).
That means even if filming began today, it would be hard to finish before 2026. In addition, everything points to Amazon opting to release the prequel ‘Cicatriz’ earlier, as it would be a good way to keep ‘Reina Roja’ in the memory of viewers without having to rush with ‘Black Wolf. In fact, that other series is already filmed.

A second season of the Prime Video series would be impossible without the return of Vicky Luengo and Hovik Keuchkerian to play Antonia Scott and Jon Gutiérrez.
