New Trailer for “Presumed Innocent” Series Starring Jake Gyllenhaal
We bring you a new trailer upcoming Apple TV+ crime and suspense series “Presunto Inocente,” which will be available to stream starting in June. Based on the acclaimed novel by Scott Turow, the series chronicles the grisly murder that rocks the Chicago prosecutor’s office when one of its own is suspected of the crime. Jake Gyllenhaal leads the cast as Rusty Sabich, alongside Ruth Negga, Bill Camp, OT Fagbenle, Renate Reinsve, and Peter Sarsgaard.
Obsession, sex, politics, and power…
“Presumed Innocent” explores themes of obsession, sex, politics, and the power and limits of love. The story centers on Rusty Sabich, an ordinary citizen whose life falls apart when he is accused of the most terrible crime. The eight-episode series also stars and executive produces Gyllenhaal, with the participation of notable producers such as David E. Kelley and JJ Abrams. The episodes are directed by Anne Sewitsky and Greg Yaitanes, from a script by David E. Kelley, Miki Johnson, and Sharr White.
Starting June 12 on Apple TV+
The series promises to be an intriguing journey for lovers of legal thrillers and will be available on Apple TV+ starting June 12, 2024, adding a new episode week after week. It thus joins the computer giant’s catalog of series, which little by little is beginning to gain a foothold in the streaming market.
