Bill Skarsgårdis is set to reprise his role as Pennywise in Max’s new series, “Welcome to Derry,” Deadline reports. The series, which will premiere in 2025, will be a prequel to the two IT films based on the work of Stephen King and directed by Andy Muschietti.

Andy Muschietti will direct four of the nine episodes of the series, while Barbara Muschietti and Jason Fuchs will also be on board as producers.
