Stephen King New Novel: Pre-Order “If You Like the Dark”

The master of horror, Stephen King, returns with a new anthology titled  If You Like the Dark.” This collection of twelve stories combines unpublished stories with others already published, touching on profound themes such as aging, loss, destiny, and death, all through a lens of supernatural and psychological horror. The novel is now available in the world.

Among the unpublished stories is “Rattlesnakes,”  a sequel to his famous novel “Cujo” (1981), which follows a grieving widower who travels to Florida and receives an unexpected inheritance. Also notable is “Danny Coughlin’s Bad Dream,”  where a man with telepathic abilities is wrongly accused and tormented by an obsessive detective. Other notable stories include “The Dreamers,”  about a Vietnam veteran who discovers unexplored horrors, and “The Answer Man,”  a reflection on clairvoyance and the meaning of life in the wake of a tragedy.

The Legacy of Stephen King

At 76 years old, Stephen King continues to demonstrate his ability to scare and thrill his readers. With more than 60 books of fiction, twelve short story collections, and seven works of nonfiction, King remains a central figure in the world of literary horror. His latest novel, “Holly,” was published in September of last year, and now, with “If You Like the Dark,” King promises to awaken your deepest fears in the nearly 500 pages of it.
