ANDCD Legans reached an agreement with the attacking midfielder Daniel Raba Antoln, 26 years old, who becomes a new pepinero soccer player for the next two seasons, with the option of a third. The player from Spain has developed almost his entire professional career at Villarreal CF, although he comes from Granada CF
Raba, a native of Santander, trained in 2014 in the Villarreal academy, going through the ‘C’ and ‘B’ teams until reaching the first team, with which debut in October 2017 in Copa del Rey against Ponferradina. Days later he made his debut in the First Division, scoring his first goal in LaLiga Santander precisely in Butarque against Legans. In that 2017/18 season he ended up playing 29 games with the first team, also making his debut in European competitions, scoring four goals and dishing out five assists.
The following year he was installed as a member of full right of the first yellow template, being loaned in the 2019/20 season to SD Huesca, with which he won promotion to LaLiga Santander. In the 2020/21 season he will return to the Villarreal discipline, proclaiming himself champion of the Europa League and scoring a penalty in the final shootout against Manchester United.

Last year he began in Castellón, playing for the first time in the Champions League and the European Super Cup, again scoring one of the shots from the penalty shootout, although this time Emery’s fell against Chelsea. After the winter market, Raba changed his mind to go to Granada CF, with whom he would compete in the second round of the championship in LaLiga Santander.
Now, the Cantabrian footballer arrives in Butarque to be a pepinero until the end of the 2023/24 season, with an option for one more year. Left-handed player, capable of performing on both flanks or in midfield, providing speed, quality and competitiveness to the Blue and Whites’ attack. His presentation date will be announced soon.
