Cuco Ziganda is already a reality in Huesca. The Navarrese coach rejoins his path with that of Ángel Martín González, with whom he already coincided in Osasuna between 2006 and 2009.
After two and a half years at Real OviedoCuco Ziganda begins a new stage in the Aragonese team, which will continue in the Second Division next season after not having met the goal of promotion.
Martin Gonzalez did not want to put pressure on the team with the next goal, although everything indicates that, thanks to the salary limit, Huesca could be among the 10 highest in the category. Cuckoo comes after stay at the gates of the playoff at Real Oviedo and after closing a stage of two and a half seasons.
In the latter, moreover, his team was the one with the fewest defeats in the category. In this last course, the Asturian team also averaged 1.62 points per game. He has extensive experience in professional football, adding more than 300 matches between First, Second and European competition. He will arrive accompanied by Bingen Arostegui, as second and in Huesca Adrián Sipán continues as analyst and Adrián Mallén as goalkeeping coach.
Expert against Huesca
Cuco Ziganda has faced Huesca ten times between Segunda and Segunda B and only once has it been defeated by the Aragonese team.
Now Cuco aspires to transfer in Aragon the competitiveness and experience that he has acquired throughout his career. The club hopes to have Ziganda’s approval to close the preseason dateswhich will initially start on July 4 and will also include the usual pre-season stage in Benasque.
