Cats are extremely wary of the unknown. It is important to know what things they fear in order to provide them with a better life.
The normal thing in the cat world is that most are very suspicious of strangers.
In the world of felines survival is always privileged. That is why in the face of a supposed threat embodied in an unknown individual they will take all the distancing measures possible until they see and prove they can trust it.
2-Vacuum cleaners and dryers
For cats they are almost objects of torture since without prior warning they can produce a lot of noise and also suck or expel air.
Cats don’t get along with loud noises because have great hearing ability. These kinds of loud and constant sounds can damage a lot cats, causing even deafness.
3- The balloons
Balloons cause cats a lot of fear as they cannot understand what they see. An object that keeps floating is perceived as a great threat that can hunt them down.
Of course, there may be cats who like it, but they will surely be the least. Needless to say, if it explodes in your presence, much worse.
If they are raised together, they will most likely love each other or at least tolerate each other without conflict. The problem is with adult cats that have not lived with dogs before.
The cats they are very territorial and sharing the space that has always been theirs with another animal affects them.
Dogs often run to cats at first to play. When cats run away under stress, dogs run them even more. The perfect circle of stress closes.
Storms follow the same principle as the vacuum cleaner and dryer, but worse if they are strong storms or his human imitation: sound pyrotechnics.
The cat cannot predict it and thinks that it is something that can threaten its integrity by frightening it.
6-The fixed gaze
The flicker (to literally make “eyes”) is a cat’s way of express that everything is fine. Maintain the fixed gaze it `s the opposite, is to challenge him.
Let’s avoid it since the link that is intended to be established is not one of power but of love.
Cats do not have the ability to tell something real from what is a joke. Scaring them is truly cruel since the first thing they will think is that you are an unknown living being that can hunt it down.
