Vladimir Putin is ‘very sick with blood cancer’according to a new report, amid the continued speculation about the health of the Russian president.

The statement comes from a audio recording of an oligarch close to the Kremlin which was published in the magazine New Lines.

In the recording, the oligarch, who is only named as “Yuri” To protect his identity, he stated that several of Putin’s health problems are related to blood cancer.

An example of this is their back problemsas reported by New Lines. The Russian president underwent surgery there in October 2021.

The magazine also gave as examples Putin’s increasingly swollen face (which could indicate steroid use) and the fact that appears to walk with a limp.

Other sources have claimed in recent months that Putin, 69, suffers from Parkinson’s. He has been seen in public less often than usual, and when he does appear on television, his appearances are heavily scripted.

In his speech last Monday on the occasion of Victory Day in Moscow, he was seen walking differently to hide his limp.

In March, after giving a pro-war speech in Ukraine, Putin was filmed going down a short flight of stairs putting more weight on his left leg.

His right hand has been seen shakingwhile he was also seen clutching the armrest of a chair during a meeting with President Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus.

At the end of April, the popular Telegram channel General SVR assured that Putin could be forced to relinquish control of the offensive in Ukraine “for a few days” as he is reportedly undergoing an operation for cancer.

“The operation was scheduled for the second half of April, but was delayed,” according to SVR. “Russian President Vladimir Putin is suffering from an oncological disease and the latest problems identified during [su último] examination are associated with this disease’, he added.

The media states that he also suffers from “Parkinson’s disease and schizoaffective disorder, which involves symptoms such as hallucinations”.
